GREETINGS AND SALUTATIONS from Arnold's Way!

I awoke at 5 am in the morning with a very clear Mission. I had to email this newsletter. I had no choice in the matter. I was guided, bullied or just plain pushed into sharing the very words that caught me off guard. The very words that literally changed my world upside down. The funny part is that I came upon these words almost by accident. I came upon these words that literally knocked my socks off and made me realize who I am and why I do what I do. I came upon the words that force me into an uncompromising position that I am almost forced into sharing them with everyone I meet. The source came from the most unlikely source: "Conscious Nutrition and The Essentials of Health" by Charles Holmes. To begin with the book is an excellent source for many reasons but I was most inspired by just a tiny weenie paragraph that was transcribed from the Dead Sea Scrolls. As quoted "These scrolls contained Books of the bible that were not included in the format we generally received". The translation revealed teachings called the Essene Gospel of Peace. The Essenes are well known to be the community that Joshua was born into. This is a quote from part of that translated text. "Kill neither men nor beast, nor yet the food which goes into your mouth. For if you eat living food, the same will quicken you, but if you kill your food, the dead food will kill you also. For life comes only from life, and from death comes always death. For everything which kills your foods, kills your bodies also. And everything, which kills your bodies, kills your souls also. And yours bodies become what you are. Even as your spirits, become what your food are. Even as your spirits, likewise, become what your thoughts are. Therefore, eat not anything, which fire or frost, or water has destroyed. For burned, frozen and rotted foods will burn, freeze and rot your body also. Be not like the foolish husbandman who sowed in his ground cooked, and frozen, and rotted seeds. And the autumn came, and his fields bore nothing. And great was his distress. But be like that husbandman who sowed in his field living seed, and whose fields bore living ears of wheat, paying a hundredfold for the seeds that he has planted. For I tell you truly, live only by the fire of life, and prepare not your foods with the fire of death, which kills your foods, your bodies and your soul's also". Read on...

This friend is the essence of Arnold's Way Mission. This my friends is the reason for disease, not only in this country but all over the world. This my friends is why there is fighting in Iraq with very little hope for ever leaving. This is the reason why gun control is a mute point. The killing won't stop until our thoughts and spirits are guided by the truth of who we are and what we put into our mouths. It is that simple. The passage from the Dead Sea Scrolls was written thousands of years ago. For what ever reason those words struck a very deep chord deep within. As if I was around on those biblical times. As if I heard the absolute truth and I was guided to pass those words on. Each of us has a truth not only from today's thoughts but from generations passed. A truth that is our guiding light unto everything we do. There are no shades of gray, we know the right thing to do, to eat, and to live bye. We just have to be reminded by our guided spirit.
